Gail has been teaching yoga to older adults, teens, and pre-natal women since 2009; bringing yoga to such a variety of students gives her great joy. Gail’s journey of yoga teacher training began in London, England with Dr. Elena Voyce, and since then, her studies have continued with Jason Crandell, Cynthia Funk, Dorothy Guerra, and several others. Her practice combines Vinyasa flow with the anatomical rigour of Iyengar yoga. Gail believes yoga is great for the body, but more importantly, it nourishes the heart and mind.

Cinnie has always been passionate about dance and over time, she realized that when exercising, the exercises that motivated and inspired her most were ones with dance-like movement done to rhythmic music.
Several years ago, she decided to explore different forms of exercise that incorporated dance and which would specifically help with strength, flexibility, balance, and co-ordination. With the guidance and instruction of a professional dancer, Cinnie learned a wide range of dances that concentrate on these areas and are done to contemporary, 80’s, and country and western music.
Cinnie is delighted to pass on what she learned and loves to the members at Fitness Works for Women. She is thrilled to join the other instructors who share a strong commitment to building and sustaining women’s health.
