Have fun improving coordination and cardiovascular fitness while learning some dance, athletic, and low impact or higher plyometric movements. The choice is always yours. Incorporates intervals of weight training to get the most efficient use of your workout time. Slow down at the end with a yoga-like 15-20 minute stretch and reset. This class for all ages and levels, from beginner to advanced, with options and modifications for all fitness levels. No experience required!

Zumba’s choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves.
