Step & Pump

Need an aerobic workout that will make you think and sweat? Try our Step & Pump.  Have fun improving coordination and cardiovascular fitness while learning dance, athletic, and plyometric movements.  Incorporates intervals of weight training to get the most efficient use of your workout time.   It is class for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced, with options and modifications for all fitness levels.  No experience required!

BLT

No, not your regular sandwich.  Our special recipe will tone your Butt, Tummy and Legs, while also giving your core and upper body their fair share of the love.   Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and intensity levels for a safe, effective, and enjoyable experience.   We customize every BLT.  Every BLT is a bit different, depending on the ingredients available!  And the ingredients are our class participants. We value the time you commit to keeping yourself fit!  This one’s for you!                                                                                                                                                                                                          Tuesdays / Thursdays at 5:30 pm

Gentle Yoga – Yin Yoga

Relaxation, release and FUN!

Yoga is a great cross training exercise for running, resistance training and LIFE. Nothing else provides the sense of peace and the stress relief that a yoga class does, particularly one based on gentle, restorative movement.  Learn breathing techniques, body movements and relaxation poses to bring your fitness and your life into greater balance.  This class will give you the time and skills to truly decompress.

Zumba

Zumba is a Latin dance -inspired fitness program created by dancer and choreographer Alberto “Beto” Perez in Colombia during the 1990s. Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba’s choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves.
